Let’s make an easy Nutella Mousse

Did you know that it only takes three ingredients to make a heavenly Nutella mousse? Well, me neither, and discovering it was a total game changer. This is such an easy but still festive dessert, perfect for a Saturday night at home. The Nutella Mousse is the perfect way to effortlessly impress, and it gives a lot of room for you own imagination when it comes to decor.

The recipe below serves four people and takes five minutes to make.

• 3 cups heavy cream
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup Nutella

INSTRUCTIONS

• Pour heavy whipping cream into the bowl of a stand mixer or a large bowl. Pour in sugar. Use a hand mixer or the whisk attachment on a stand mixer to whip cream until stiff peaks form.
• Scoop the nutella into the bowl. Fold it together using a rubber spatula until all of the whipped cream is brown and loses its streaks.
• Scoop into serving dishes, or use a piping bag to create beautiful shapes.
• Refrigerate for an hour and serve
